SHIPPING - RETURN - REFUND POLICY

I create each mobile to order so shipping times vary and the main carrier I use is the United States Postal Service (USPS).  I fully insure each package for their replacement value with a tracking number provided.  I prefer to ship Priority Mail, so your packaged can arrive quickly.  Packaged with great care and lots of bubbles for a safe arrival, but once in a while, a package can become lost or damaged.  If this rare incident occurs, your cooperation in the claim process is necessary for me to receive the claim and fully refund or replace your item.  It's a simple form to fill out but sometimes it can take up to three forms before I am able to receive the full claim refund..

 

I do ship internationally but I am NOT able to include any VAT taxes or customs fees in your payment.  It is unlawful for me to collect this from you in advance.  You will be responsible for all VAT taxes and fees in your country.  If you refuse the package because you were unaware of your financial responsibility, I will happily refund your purchase price, less a 20% fee upon the safe return of the item.

Once your package leaves my studio, it's arrival is beyond my control.  I will do my best to help when necessary.

Because I'm a one man show and do all the creating, shipping, accounting, marketing and cleaning... my production times vary based on my current workload.  On average time from purchase to shipping is approximately 7-10 days (+/-).  Please keep that in mind when placing your order.
